Dear Families
Knowing how unsettling and worrying a time this is for everyone I have also put together a bit of advice on how to support small children through this strange time. As a parent to two young boys myself I know first hand how difficult it can be to find all the answers to your children’s questions when you don’t know them yourself. Supporting children’s anxiety can often feel challenging but even more so when we are all anxious ourselves. I hope some of the information I have included is of benefit.
I hope everyone stays well and safe,
Take Care
