This needs to be confirmed via email by management as spaces are limited. Each Breakfast Club space is charged at £7 which includes breakfast and is not applicable to use funding hours.

Deposits & Admin Fees

When signing up to join West Wycombe Preschool we require a £50 admin fee* and a £100 full refunded deposit*, to reserve your space.

Deposits will be refunded in full 6 weeks after your child has started.

Government Funded Childcare

Childcare support can help your child explore, learn and make friends while giving you the support you need. With recent changes to childcare support, like 30 hours childcare for working parents of children aged 9 months to 4 years, you might now be eligible for more help than ever before.

All government childcare funding is accepted to be used between the hours of 9:00 and 3:00pm. Funding is not able to be used for the Breakfast Club.

Parent Funded Childcare

Parents who are paying for some or all sessions their children attended will be invoiced by Preschool Management via Email at the beginning of each half term.

Payments can be made by BACS Transfer or Childcare Vouchers or through Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme.

Fees are required in full at the beginning of each term unless prior arranged with the management team or committee.

Consumable Fee

Should you be eligible for the 30 hours of funding this will enable you to attend Monday to Friday 9:00-3:00 for free. We do request that parents pay a voluntary consumable fee.

The consumable fee of £1 per session will cover items such as, but not limited to, snacks, perishable sensory play resources, online learning journals, and outings that require additional staffing.
Should you prefer to provide your own consumables rather than pay this voluntary charge please speak to the management team who will support you with how to do this.

Siblings Discount

A 20% discount is available for any siblings attending the Preschool. The discount will be applied to the elder sibling and only applied to fees over and above those covered by any government funding where this is relevant. Should one sibling remain at the Preschool after the other has left the discount will be discontinued.

 * 2 year old Early Learning funding

Those eligible for the 2 year old Early Learning funding for those families who also receive additional government support, these children are exempt from the refundable deposit and consumable fees.
