Here you’ll find detailed information about the costs to support your child’s place at our setting, including government schemes and entitlements. We also provide a clear breakdown of costs to help you understand what financial support your family may be eligible for.

8.30am – 9.00am
£7 a session

Breakfast Club Sessions
Breakfast club must be prebook. You can book for a full half term in advance and will be invoiced at the beginning of the term. Alternatively it is possible to book each week for the week ahead if there are still space, which will be invoiced in arrears at the end of the half term.
This needs to be confirmed via email by management as spaces are limited. Each Breakfast Club space is charged at £7 which includes breakfast and is not applicable to use funding hours.
Deposits & Admin Fees
When signing up to join West Wycombe Preschool we require a £50 admin fee* and a £100 full refunded deposit*, to reserve your space.
Deposits will be refunded in full 6 weeks after your child has started.
Government Funded Childcare
Childcare support can help your child explore, learn and make friends while giving you the support you need. With recent changes to childcare support, like 30 hours childcare for working parents of children aged 9 months to 4 years, you might now be eligible for more help than ever before.
All government childcare funding is accepted to be used between the hours of 9:00 and 3:00pm. Funding is not able to be used for the Breakfast Club.
Parent Funded Childcare
Parents who are paying for some or all sessions their children attended will be invoiced by Preschool Management via Email at the beginning of each half term.
Payments can be made by BACS Transfer or Childcare Vouchers or through Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme.
Fees are required in full at the beginning of each term unless prior arranged with the management team or committee.

Siblings Discount
* 2 year old Early Learning funding
Those eligible for the 2 year old Early Learning funding for those families who also receive additional government support, these children are exempt from the refundable deposit and consumable fees.
